BolognaFiere Spa and OCCAM, the Observatory for Cultural and Audiovisual Communication in the Mediterranean and in the World affiliated with the United Nations, have established a close partnership aimed at promoting the participation of non-European entities (Government Institutions, Chambers of Commerce, public and private companies) at selected exhibitions organized by BolognaFiere as well as at the intensification of business opportunities for Italian companies in the emerging markets of the Mediterranean basin.

OCCAM and BolognaFiere consider international exhibitions as development tools and as such are cooperating to implement a number of promotional and development activities. Within this institutional collaboration, OCCAM will be present at SAIE with a special area devoted to emerging economies(Morocco, Tunisia, Syria, Mexico) with the exhibition area, stand dressing, communications and technical support provided in-kind by BolognaFiere.
