A wholly-owned subsidiary of BolognaFiere, the company was originally formed to identify real estate opportunities in the areas surrounding the Exhibition Centre and to report and work with BolognaFiere on possible expansion and development.

It now operates mainly in the civil engineering-construction field, conducting inspections of constructions managed by BolognaFiere and designing new buildings for companies outside the BolognaFiere Group.

The company also provides support to BolognaFiere's technical department for inspection of new works under construction.
Since 2008, the company conducts checks and inspections of special set-up structures and of indoor and outdoor stands with special "non-standard" constructive specifications compared to exhibition rules.
